The first of them – we miss Mary. Of course, the wrong coughing bitch that poisoned our life, methodically destroyed all the good in it. We miss the perfect Mary, who remained only in memories, happy, smiling and loving.

The second problem is a feeling of killing. Yes, on the one hand, they often say that this is a desire to be punished for a crime, but, after long thoughts, I leaned to the idea that it was guilt, not a thirst for reckoning.

But more on that later.

What to do with problems? Decide. This is what James Sanderland will be engaged throughout the game.

And here it is impossible to pass by the already well -known chain of denial “I killed Mary” – “Mary died of illness, I am not to blame” – “Mary is alive and waiting for me”. Just so as not to return to this topic. Already from this chain is clearly visible: the hero is trying to get rid of guilt, and not punish himself. This is logical, people do not like to feel guilty, and they carefully seek themselves an excuse, no matter how monstrous the misconduct turns out. Someone who generously gives him the city. Why? Because this is exactly what Eddie was not enough for happiness.

He was always humiliated, but he, judging by the background, did not want it to stop. He wanted to take revenge. He did not dare to put a bullet in his forehead, but it seems that he wanted. And Silent Hill represents him the opportunity to take away the soul: as many offenders as Eddie wants, and everyone can knock out his brains.

No, seriously, Eddie we meet in places where it is not so easy to get. And he also manages to kill someone there.

Around James, his aggressive sexual fantasies are snooping, and around Eddie it turns out-monsters-OBIDS, who are earned by targets in a personal tire.

Because if she is to blame, then she did not have a moral right to raise her hand to her father.

What does Engele Silent Hill give? A branch of hell and daddy who attacks her. James and Eddie met with their monsters with an enviable frequency, perhaps Engela also faced daddy over and over again. I assume that this is a moment of choice: either continue my stay in hell, who deserves, or finally kill my dad and accept his moral right to further life. She gets what she wants, and not what she deserves.

What does James do? In fact, the cycle of communication with daddy breaks, first taking the weapon from the girl, and then killing her monster. Engela can no longer defeat him, but hell does not go anywhere. If you recall the last meeting with the girl … James’s intervention does not end in any good for her.

And Laura is a bright, sinless soul and without strong passions, so it enjoys being in a resort city. But everyone knows that anyway.

In general, perhaps I managed to convince someone that Silent Hill is paradise. Yes, for souls of rebellious, burdened by sins, but paradise. Just if you give people exactly what they really want, sometimes there are incidents.
